You agree to conform and generally abide by InstantSMS operating policies, which may be amended from time to time at InstantSMS’s sole discretion, (and you hereby indemnify and hold InstantSMS free from liability in respect of any loss or damage of whatever nature caused as a result of any violations of such policy) which policies include but are not limited to the guidelines set out below: You agree to the terms set out below:

 

• First and most important, InstantSMS will never give out any member’s details without their consent.
• InstantSMS will never send you any SMS/MMS without it offering you free sms’s.
• Any sms from us will be indicated and will be sent from the same exact number all the time, unless stated otherwise on our website and via email.
• We will also never ask for your password.
• The sms containing the password may or may not contain further promotional material only from us.
• You agree not to redistribute the SMS password sent to you.
• Not to send sms to any person who does not wish to receive it;
• Not to engage in any abuse of sms or spamming.
• Not to forward or propagate chain sms, or sms that solicits the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that infringes on the rights of others;
• Not to create a false identity or forged sms, or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of the message;
• Not to interfere with use of the service by any other InstantSMS subscribers or other users;
• You may un-subscribe at any time by sending us an email.
• InstantSMS alone holds the right to delete a members account if necessary.
• InstantSMS may add our web address to any outgoing sms given to the member if necessary at some point.
• Not to cancel InstantSMS post other than your own;
• Not to violate the privacy of any person.
• InstantSMS reserves the right to market its sms’s with third parties if desired without giving out a member’s details, only if we also provide those people with free sms’s.
• InstantSMS may appoint such third parties with such regards as may be deemed suitable by InstantSMS from time to time.
• Where there is any complaint in terms of abuse by other users or parties claiming to have InstantSMS accounts or using InstantSMS account replies then InstantSMS can and will only act through court orders in this regard.
• By submitting our registration form, you agree to our terms and conditions and that no eraser or misconduct has taken place whatsoever.
