You agree
to conform and generally abide by InstantSMS
operating policies, which may be amended from time to time at InstantSMS’s sole discretion, (and you hereby indemnify and
hold InstantSMS free from liability in respect of any
loss or damage of whatever nature caused as a result of any violations of such
policy) which policies include but are not limited to the guidelines set out
below: You agree:
1)
Not
to advertise explicit content that may offend the customer unless granted
permission by that customer through InstantSMS to
receive such content.
2)
Not
to advertise explicit or adult content to under age customers.
3)
You
acknowledge that after you have sent your adverts, InstantSMS
will not be held responsible for sending those adverts but the company that
owns that specific advert.
4)
All
transactions that are older than three months commencing from the date that the
adverts were sent out to the customers will be out of InstantSMS
hands or responsibilities.
WebSMS ads
1)
Not
to advertise explicit content that may offend the customer unless granted
permission by that customer through InstantSMS to
receive such content.
2)
Not
to infringe on other peoples’ rights via adverts.
3)
You
are not help accountable for what the user sends together with your adverts.
4)
To
abide by InstantSMS policies and note that InstantSMS is governed by government policy.
5)
This
means that InstantSMS is by law required to attach
its name to every outgoing sms from our website or cellphone application.
6)
Not
to advertise explicit or adult content to under age customers.
7)
You
acknowledge that after you have sent your adverts, InstantSMS
